Memorandum and Article of Association (Name of Directors of the company with their addresses). 3. Name of Company’s key Personnel with copies of their CVS and Professional registration with Professional Bodies. 4. Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the recent 3-years. 5. Professional and Technical qualifications of personnel required to carry out the procurement. 6. Evidence of Previous Experience Project, Programme and Service executed with the Kano State Government or any other Government Agency National/International. 7. Evidence of the Company’s Financial Capability from the Bank/Company Audited Account. 8. List of Equipment and other relevant infrastructure (To be verified). 9. Evidence of Sworn Court affidavit from High of Justice testifying on the under-listed items: a) The company is not in receivership subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy. b) The company has obligation with regards to payment of taxes, pensions and social security. c) No Director of the company has been convicted in any country for criminal offences relating to fund or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter. 10.
